We offer various bespoke pre-construction services, specifically catering for architects and structural engineers, from trial hole foundation inspections and reporting to internal and external opening up works.

This is especially useful when the designer requires exact dimensions of a property, joist / beam sizing, spans and layout, which is not always visible or clear whilst carrying out a basic site visit and can prove time consuming / labour intensive for the designer.

Other opening up works may also include investigating masonry defects reporting back to the designer and assist with establishing causes and rectification options to carrying out the remedial works if required.
